1. We have computers critical to our operations, is it possible to have a maintanance contract?
We offer a maintanance contract on a fixed fee depending on the number of devices included and the services required. Some of the most pertinent services include backup services and the verification of backed up information, checking that CCTV recording is being done properly and a computer systems check and blowout.
2. Is there a way we can protect data that is critical to our operatios?
We offer a wide range of backup solutions to make sure that your critical data is always safe. Besides local backups, we highly recomend cloud backup with some of our partners. These services scan your data to make sure there are no viruses, and also keep multiple images of your data accross several days to make sure that you can always go back to the earliest date your data was still proper.
3. Are you able to assist us remotely?
We offer remote support through remote desktop software to make sure that even when you are in remote areas we can assist you effectively and with a good turn-around time.
4. Do you do repairs onsite?
We try to do all repairs onsite. However depending on the magnititude of the problem, we might have to take some hardware offsite to perfom further testing and repairs and return the equipment when fixed.
5. My computer is sending out spam, what can i do?
In cases of malware infestation, we provide a deep clean of your computer and then install the appropriate anti-malware sofware to prevent the problem from reccuring. As this is a serious issue, we usually recomend this be done in conjuction with our data backup services.
